We focusing on researching and manufacturing semi-solid battery, which have the advantages of ultra-low temperature ability, long-cycle special battery cell series” and high-performance large power battery systems. As the pioneer of semi-solid state battery, we have obtained over 100 patents, which including more than 30 invention patents and more than 70 utility patents. Upstream process – electrode sheet manufacturing. The core of this stage is to coat the active material onto the metal foil current collector to form the positive electrode sheet and negative electrode sheet. The main processes include mixing, coating, drying, rolling, and laser cutting.
Mid-stage process – Cell assembly. The core of this stage is to wind or stack the positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, and separator into a bare cell (unfilled with electrolyte) and assemble it into a casing. The main processes include stacking, assembly, laser welding, and further baking.
Back-end processes – Formation, aging, capacity sorting, and packaging. The core of this stage is to activate the cells, form a stable SEI film, screen performance, and finally package them. The main processes include electrolyte filling, formation, high-temperature aging, and capacity sorting.
